Costco has Proscan 32"LCD HDTV for $349.98 Shipped.

This is not a 1080p HDTV. If you don't care about bluray, I believe this is a good buy.
It comes with 2 HDMI connectors and 2 Component connectors which allow you to connect Xbox 360 + Wii + PS3 without any problem. However, this is not a name brand TV but I don't think this is a big issue with this low price tag.
